It’s been three years since I sold my North Carolina based child care center to Premier. After 20 years of hard work developing a reputation for quality, it was hard to imagine what the future would look like for the center with a new group of people taking care of the staff and the customers. I’m happy to say that it was a lot smoother and straight forward than I thought it would be. They have a system for prioritizing for existing staff that works. The Premier team were genuine and followed through with integrity. I’ve been able to move forward and enjoy a new life, with time for my family.

In 2022 our center faced a change in ownership after 24 years. As a center director who had been with my school for 22 years, we were nervous about the change. Our former owner assured us that Premier Early Childhood was exactly what he was looking for because he knew they would continue to take care of our children and staff. I worked closely with the Premier team as my previous owner faced ongoing health issues and they made the transition extremely easy for our team. Here we are almost 3 years later, and Premier continues to support myself and the center in more ways than I ever could have imagined. The resources and tools they have given us allowed us to step up our standards. I am proud to say that our center has many teachers who have been with us for a long time, and through the change those teachers are still with us today. Premier’s commitment to providing quality care and supporting teachers makes my team and I proud to be part of the Premier Early Childhood family.
