Elliot has almost five years of lower middle market M&A experience. He was most recently a VP of Business Development at a lower middle market buy-side M&A advisory firm. Before the buy-side firm, Elliot was part of the business development team at McGuireWoods LLP, where he focused on the private equity and family office sectors.
